Abstract:
A composite tube (160) (version 1) comprising an outer tube (161) with an end part (161a) and a reduced or buckled part or a part of reduced cross-section (161b) on this part (161a), and an inner tube (162) inside (161), in which the end part (161a) is soldered onto an external surface of (162) and the part with reduced cross-section (161b) is contracted against the inner tube (162). Independent claims are included for (1) a composite tube (160) (version 2) comprising an outer tube (161) with an end part (161a) and a tapered part (161c) on the inside of (161a), and an inner tube (162) inside (161), with the end part (161a) hard soldered onto the outside of (162) and the tapered part contracted against an edge of the end part (161a) (2) a composite tube (160) (version 3) comprising an outer tube (161) with an end part (161a), an inner tube (162) inside (161) and a connector (169) between (161a) and the outside of (162), in which (161) and (162) are hard soldered to (169) (3) a method (M1) for the production of (160) by inserting (162) into (161), reducing the cross-section or contracting the end (161a) of (161) so that (161) is contracted onto (162) and then soldering (161a) onto the outside of (162) (4) a method (M2) for the production of (160) by forming a tapering or contracting part (161c) along the inside of an end part (161a) of an outer tube (161) as above so that (161c) is thinner towards an edge of (161a), inserting an inner tube (162) into (161) and (hard) soldering (161a) onto the outside of (162) by feeding solder into the tapering space formed between (161) and (162) (5) a method (M3) for the production of (160) by inserting (162) into (161) and (hard) soldering both tubes onto a connecting element (169) between the end (161a) of the outer tube (161) and the outside of (162) .
