PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog clutch mechanism capable of preventing power from being cut off upon shift operation.SOLUTION: A slope part 152A of a sleeve 150 and a slope part 142B of gear dogs 140A, 140B are inclined and engaged with each other. A slope part 121E of rings 120A, 120B and a slope part 142A of the gear dogs 140A, 140B are inclined and engaged with each other, and a slope part 121A of the rings 120A, 120B and a slope part 113B of a hub 110 are inclined and engaged with each other, and a slope 121B of rings 120A, 120B and a slope part 142B of the gear dogs 140A, 140B are inclined and engaged with each other, and a flat surface part 121G of the ring 120A, 120B and a tooth surface 114A of the hub 110 are oppositely engaged with each other. A slope part 121E of rings 120A, 120B and a slope part 142A of the gear dogs 140A, 140B are inclined and engaged with each other and a flat surface part 121F of the rings 120A, 120B and a tooth surface 153B of the sleeve 150 are oppositely engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
