To provide a dissimilar material joining method, a dissimilar material joint, a tubular member with a dissimilar material joining auxiliary member and a manufacturing method of them capable of reliably, inexpensively and simply joining different kinds of metal material, moreover, providing joint part excellent in durability and applicable to wide range of fields.SOLUTION: A dissimilar material joining method includes a process of arranging either the other side outer member of auxiliary member and first member on the circumference of a part formed of a plurality of holes of an inner member of either one side of tubular auxiliary member made of metal material different from the first member and the first member, a process of arranging a columnar core on the inner side of the inner member, a process of displacing a pressing member in the radial direction inner side toward a peripheral wall of the outer member opposed to the plurality of holes formed on the inner member, thereby, causing a part of the peripheral wall of an outer member to swell to the radial direction inner side and enter to the hole to caulk and join the inner member and the outer member, a process of pulling out the core from the inside of the inner member and a process of joining the first member and the second member via the auxiliary member by welding the inner member and the outer member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
