The disk brake 1 is provided with a disk rotor 10 rotating along with an axle and a brake pad 11 which stops a rotation of the disk rotor 10 by friction force by interposing the disk rotor 10. The brake pad 11 is so configured that position distant from the disk rotor 10 on exit side of rotational direction R of the disk rotor 10 protrudes in rotational direction R of the disk rotor other than position closer to the disk rotor 10.
