To provide a disconnector which improves energization characteristics and voltage endurance characteristics even if the number of components of members provided at a fixed side electrode and a movable side electrode is reduced.
The disconnector includes: a fixed side electrode 1 forming one electric circuit: an opening hole 3 provided at the fixed side electrode 1; a movable side electrode 2 which is disposed facing the fixed side electrode 1 and forming the other electric circuit; a movable side energization shaft 4 movably penetrating through the movable side electrode 2; and a movable side external contact piece 6 provided at an end part of the movable side energization shaft 4 and inserted into the opening hole 3. The movable side external contact piece 6 forms a narrow diameter shape when the movable side external contact piece 6 is inserted into the opening hole 3 and electrical connection is made and forms a spherical shape when the movable side external contact piece 6 is separated from the fixed side electrode 1 and the electrical connection is interrupted.
