Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directional control valve for a pneumatic circuit capable of changing-over an output at an output port by moving a spool within a short period of time irrespective of the amount of compressed air supplied to a pressure chamber.SOLUTION: A directional control valve for a pneumatic circuit comprises: a casing main body 1 in which a supply port 4, discharging ports 5 and 6, and output ports 7 and 8 are formed, pressure chambers 12 and 13 are formed at both ends and a spool storing hole 2 is formed; a spool 3 installed at a spool storing hole 2 of the casing main body 1; annular resilient valves 9, 10 and 11 installed at the spool 3 so as to change-over between the communicated state and the shut-off state of the supply port 4 and the output ports 7 abd 8; pistons 14 and 15 installed at each of both ends of the spool 3 to change a volume by being reciprocated in an axial direction in the pressure chambers 12 and 13; tank chambers 20 and 21 provided in the casing main body 1; and a magnetic attracting member composed of permanent magnets 24 and 25 and magnetic bodies 26 and 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
