PURPOSE: To enable an inner pipe and an outer pipe to be easily slidable during pipe arrangement of different shape double pipes, and to finally fix the inner and outer pipes so that they are coaxially supported.
CONSTITUTION: An inner pipe 16 is coaxialy arranged in an outer pipe 15 having a curvature equal to that of the former. A pluraliny of radial arm-like spacers 23 are arranged at the outer periphery of the inner pipe 16. The distal ends of arms 27 of these spacers are formed so as to be extendable and retractable, diametrically of the pipes so as to define gaps with respect to the outer pipe 15. Further, these gaps can be plugged so as to be fixed to the inner surface of the outer pipe 15 while making contact with the inner surface thereof.
