Abstract:
To provide a die cast machine capable of suppressing deterioration in the quality of a hydraulic fluid at a low cost over a long period.SOLUTION: A die cast machine comprises: a servo valve (50) arranged at a return flow passage (L4) branched from a rod side feed flow passage (L3) to reach a hydraulic fluid tank (41) and switchable between an allowable position (I) in which the return flow passage (L4) is opened to allow the advance of a plunger and a braking position (G)in which the return flow passage (L4) is blocked to brake the advance of the plunger; a check valve (47) arranged at the side of a hydraulic pump (43) with respect to the branched position of the return flow passage (L4) of the rod side feed flow passage (L3), allowing the flow of a hydraulic fluid going from the hydraulic pump (43) to a rod chamber (38) and blocking the flow of the hydraulic fluid going from the rod chamber (38) to the hydraulic pump (43); and a filter (48) arranged at the side of the hydraulic pump (43) with respect to the check valve (47) of the rod side feed flow passage (L3) and removing foreign substances from the hydraulic fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
