Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, quickly perform an assembling with sure function at a low cost by connecting two preliminarily assembled flywheel mass body units through a connecting member in such a manner as to be axially combinable to each other.
SOLUTION: When a flywheel part 4 is rotated to a flywheel part 3 from the resting position, a flange 41 is driven through a fitting connecting part 42. According to this, an inside spring is compressed between circumferential stoppers 65, 66. After the relative rotation by the rotating angle in one rotation direction or in the other rotation direction, the radial area makes contact with the end part of the inside coil spring 48. When both the flywheel parts 3, 4 further additionally relatively rotate at the result, the coil spring 48 is compressed. By the relative rotation by the rotating angle in one rotating direction or the other rotating direction, an outside coil sprint 45 is loaded by a radial arm 44. The coil spring 45 is compressed between circumferential stoppers 55, 55a and the radial arm 44 in the succeeding relative rotation to change the buffering effect.
