Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily remove a binder from powder moldings without adversely affecting the global environment.
SOLUTION: This degreasing furnace consists of a furnace main body 1 which internally stores powder moldings 4 formed of a kneaded material of powder for sintering and a binder and vaporizes the binder as a binder gas in an inert gas by heating the moldings 4 in the inert gas current, and further, recovers the binder by separation from the inert gas exhausted from the furnace main body 1. In addition, a water atomizing recovery tank 2 is provided which atomizes a recovering water into the inert gas exhausted from the furnace main body 1 and solidifies the binder in the recovering water.
