Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder structure of a monoblock engine capable of suppressing deterioration in heat efficiency of an engine.SOLUTION: In a monoblock 11, a recess part 22 is formed over the whole circumference in a circumferential direction of a cylinder 12, at an end part on the side of an upper surface wall 21 in a side wall 20 of the cylinder 12. In the recess part 22, an annular-shaped spacer 25 having an abutment part is mounted. In a state where the spacer 25 is mounted in the recess part 22, an inner peripheral surface 28 of the spacer 25 is positioned outside the cylinder 12 with respect to a top land 13T of a piston 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
