Abstract:
To prevent the early exfoliation of a raceway surface in the vicinity of a roller insertion hole at an outer ring, in a cross roller bearing in which the roller insertion hole is formed at the outer ring.SOLUTION: By forming a roller insertion hole 6 at an outer ring 1 while making it deviate in an axial direction with respect to a center position in the axial direction of a V-grooved raceway surface 3, one inclination face 3a of the raceway surface 3 of the outer ring 1 has a portion continuing to an entire periphery of the outer ring 1, and an angle formed between a groove edge of another inclination face 3a and a peripheral edge of the roller insertion hole 6 becomes larger than before. By this constitution, an area of a portion of the raceway surface 3 of the outer ring 1 in which a load from a roller 5 is liable to be concentrated in the vicinity of the roller insertion hole 6 becomes large, the surface pressure at the portion is suppressed, and even if a step is formed between the raceway surface 3 of the outer ring 1 and a partial raceway surface 8 of a plug 7 for blocking the roller insertion hole 6, the early exfoliation of the raceway surface 3 of the outer ring 1 can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
