Abstract:
To suppress seizure even when a crankshaft has bias-contacted with a crank washer.SOLUTION: A crank washer 30 for supporting the axial force of the crankshaft consists of an upper washer 31 and a lower washer 32. The upper washer 31 has an inclined face 316, and the lower washer 32 has an inclined face 326. The inclined face 316 has an axial thickness gradually reduced as extending from the side of an inner peripheral face 314 to the side of an outer peripheral face 315. The inclined face 326 has a y-axial thickness gradually reduced as extending from the side of an inner peripheral face 324 to the side of an outer peripheral face 325. When the thrust face of the crankshaft 1 is inclined to a sliding face 310 and a sliding face 320 by the warp of the crankshaft 1, the surfaces of the inclined face 316 and the inclined face 326 have contact with the inclined thrust face, so that the thrust face has contact with the crank washer 30 in a relaxed manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
