Abstract:
To provide a cowl top structure capable of achieving high absorption property of collision energy and suppression of water and air in an engine compartment from invading into an internal space.SOLUTION: A cowl box part 6 includes: a front wall part 11 extending in a vehicle width direction; an upper wall part 12 extending backward from an upper end part 11a of the front wall part 11; and a projecting corner part 9 formed by the connection of the upper end part 11a and a front end part 12a of the upper wall part 12. At the outside of the projecting corner part 9 in the vehicle width direction, a side wall part 8 continuous to the front wall part 11 and the upper wall part 12 and having an opening part 14 is provided. At the opening part 14, a grommet 50 having flexibility is arranged. The grommet 50 seals the opening part 14 over the whole periphery by abutment onto a peripheral edge of the opening part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
