Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow coupling of plates as constituent members of a bed bottom part using the same coupling tool on the left and right of the bed and establish proper hitching even if the spacing of two or more screws to be hitched at the coupling tool involves an error.
SOLUTION: This coupling tool comprises a mounting plate 1 and plate 2 added to a coupling surface part. The plate 2 is provided with two threaded parts N formed on the coupling surface, a horizontally directed lead-in groove 21 to introduce the shanks Na of the threaded parts N individually, and two coupling holes 20 furnished with hitching hole portions 22 directed plumb to lead in the introduced shank Na of threaded part in association with movement of the side with a constituent plate material S or the side with a bed constituent material R. Each hitching hole portion 22 is structured so that its dimension between a virtual horizontal line passing a groove edge 21a in the narrowest place of the lead-in groove 21 and the innermost edge 22c of the hole portion 22 is greater than the dimension between the mutually opposing groove edges 21a of the narrowest place of the lead-in groove 21.
