Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the cushioning position, the dwell completing position and the like as a product discriminating data.
SOLUTION: A controller is provided with a position sensor 112 for sensing the screw position and outputting the screw position sensed value, a correction means for computing the differences between the screw position sensed value of given shot and the screw position values for respective shots thereafter and correcting the screw position sensor values based on the screw position sensed value and screw position set values corrected by the correction means. In that case, the screw position sensed value for the given shot is used as a reference value, and the differences computed for respective shots thereafter are used for the correction, by which the set value of the screw position can be set constant.
