Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the improvement of efficiency and to prevent deterioration in hydraulic oil, by a method wherein, in a subject device for controlling a speed of a pump, a control mechanism for hydraulic oil amount, which is actuated by the number of revolutions of an output shaft and a hydraulic oil temperature, is installed. CONSTITUTION:An allowable rising temperature of hydraulic oil is inputted to a control part 12, temperatures of feed oil and waste oil of hydraulic oil are detected by thermometers 9 and 10 during the operation, and are inputted to the control part 12 to compute a temperature rise to compare it with an allowable rising temperature. In case it exceeds the allowable rising temperature, the control part 12 controls a control valve 11 in a direction of reduction in hydraulic oil. In a reverse case, a hydraluic oil amount is increased. This constitution permits the improvement of efficiency and prevention of deterioration in hydraulic oil.
