Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a stable fluid pressure system by operating an input signal to a control value by a compensating means to which a primary and/or multilag modules are cascaded to a gain, and adding the operated signal to the output signal of a fluid pressure actuator so that this result maybe considered a feedback signal.
CONSTITUTION: A command signal output from an amplifier 5 is not only impressed to the electric-fluid pressure converting part 3 of a control valve 2 but also to a compensating circuit 7, and a signal Z after operation is added to the displacement signal y of a cylinder 1 (in fact, the output signal of a displacement sensor 4). A signal r after adding is fed back to the negative pressure introducing side of the amplifier 5. An input signal g to the control valve 2 is operated by a compensating means to which a primary and/or multilag modules are cascaded to a gain, and a system is prevented from being unstable even though the amplification factor of the amplifier 5 is practically and optionally selected without necessity of complicated control theory or experience, so that a fluid pressure actuator can be appropriately controlled.
