Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate hunting phenomenon and improve the response time to the set revolution by changing a means of scraping pipe control and amount of control corresponding to the amount of the deviation between the set revolution and the detected revolution. CONSTITUTION:A scraping pipe 6 of variable speed hydraulic joint is operated by the change-over of a hydraulic change-over valve 9 which is controlled by a control circuit, 1 having a detector 10 which detects the output revolution of the hydraulic joint. The detected value N' and the set revolution N are compared to obtain the deviation DELTAN. A signal is inputted to the first processing circuit 15 from a switching circuit 13 when the said deviation DELTAN is larger than the allowable deviation DELTAN' and the position of the scraping pipe is controlled by the circuit 15 according to prememorized output characteristics is a memory circuit 14. The position of the scraping tube is controlled by the second processing circuit 16 accordingly to the output signal of a comparator 12 when the deviation DELTAN is smaller than the allowable deviation DELTAN'.
