Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure the closing performance of a control valve, etc., by the mechanical and structural improvement of a positioner and with no dependence on the adjustment of the positioner span.
CONSTITUTION: The opening degree of a control valve 4 consisting of a valve main body 1 and a valve seat 2 is controlled by a driving spring 4 and a driving diaphragm 5 via a driving shaft 3 attached to the body 1. Then the operating air pressure is controlled to the diaphragm 5 by the input signal pressure and with the control position of the shaft 3 defined as a detecting end. A positioner is provided with a transmission lever 8 which rotates following the shift of the control position of the shaft 3, an input diaphragm 10 which is connected to the lever 8 via a feedback spring 9 and also receives the supply of the signal air pressure, and a means which controls the air pressure of the diaphragm 5 by the spring 9 and the diaphragm 10. Then the rotation of the lever 8 is controlled by a limiter 20.
