PURPOSE: To improve durability of a device by sequentially opening and closing a supply valve group, a discharge valve group, and an escape valve group by applying pressure inside a pressure vessel in a cyclic form within the range from a super high state to a low state.
CONSTITUTION: Super high pressure water in a collection header 8 is fed to a branch header 9 by opening a supply valve group 2 through a supply piping 16, a nozzle 5 and a supply valve. Since the blanch header 9 is directly connected to a pressure vessel 1 through a control piping 18, the super high pressure water is also fed to the pressure vessel 1. Pressure inside the pressure vessel 1 is also increased. Discharge rate from the super high pressure water pump escapes to a tank 13 through the collection header 8, an escape valve, and a nozzle 7 by closing the supply piping 16 and simultaneously with opening an escape valve group 4. On the other hand, the super high pressure water inside the pressure vessel 1 is discharged to the tank 13 through the control piping 18, the branch header 9, a discharge piping 17, a discharge valve, and the nozzle 6 by opening a discharge valve group 3.
