Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make not to give a large variation to vaporization of LNG, by a method wherein a storing and computing device of a quantity of flow of a turbine is provided on a control system of a plant of a cold power plant and the titled plant is controlled so as to quicken a shift to bypass operation at the time of a turbine trip of interruption of a load. CONSTITUTION:When a turbine trip of interruption of a load is generated, a signal of the turbine trip or the interruption of the load is made by a turbine generator controlling board 13 and transmitted to a storing and operating device 11 of a quantity of flow of a turbine. Simultaneously with receipt of a signal a quantity of flow of LNG of a turbine which has been stored one or two steps prior to this point is called out, converted into an output signal of a pressure regulating meter corresponding to this quantity of flow and applied to the pressure regulating meter 9, in the storing and operating device 11. When a signal is received from the storing and operating device 11 the pressure regulating meter 9 performs operation making the output signal of the pressure regulating meter to be obtained by applying a signal from the storing and operating device 11 to a signal which is being operated. Then the signal is transmitted to a turbine bypass regulating valve 10 of a turbine bypass piping 8, the valve 10 is opened rapidly and a quantity of flow corresponding to the quantity of flow interrupted by a turbine 14 is let flow to the piping 8.
