Abstract:

To provide a control device for vehicular differential limiting device capable of restricting an action change of a vehicle due to a disturbance of a road surface.

This control device for vehicular differential limiting device includes: a disturbance estimating means 42 for estimating a disturbance of a road surface 74, on which a vehicle 72 travels; a yaw rate computing means 44 for computing a yaw rate generated in response to a disturbance estimated by the disturbance estimating means 42; a yaw moment computing means 46 for computing a yaw moment in response to the yaw rate computed by the yaw rate computing means 44; and a differential limiting force computing means 48 for computing differential limiting force to be required to restrict an action change of the vehicle 72 in response to the yaw moment computed by the yaw moment computing mens 46. An action change of the vehicle 72 can be previously restricted by starting differential limiting control by estimating a disturbance of the road surface 74 before the disturbance of the road surface 74, on which the vehicle 72 travels, starts to be applied to wheels 20 and 30.
