Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of the strain of a response waveform to an input waveform and improve stability of a control system.
SOLUTION: A control device for a hydraulic exciter comprises a cylinder 4 to control the feed an discharge of working oil from an oil pressure source 2 by a servo valve 3 operated by means of a command signal inputted from a servo amplifier 1, and a vibration table 6 interlocking with the cylinder 4. A difference between a signal by which a difference between a target signal and a displacement signal for the cylinder 4 or the vibration table 6 is caused to pass a transmission function Ge(s) 15 and a signal by which a speed signal and an acceleration signal for the cylinder 4 or the vibration table 6 is caused to pass transmission functions Gv(s) 16 and Ga(s) 11, having advance compensation characteristics, is inputted as a command signal to a servo amplifier 1.
