A difference between a signal by which a difference between a target signal and a displacement signal for the cylinder 4 or the vibration table 6 is caused to pass a transmission function Ge(s) 15 and a signal by which a speed signal and an acceleration signal for the cylinder 4 or the vibration table 6 is caused to pass transmission functions Gv(s) 16 and Ga(s) 11, having advance compensation characteristics, is inputted as a command signal to a servo amplifier 1.
