PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission that can dispense with a drive source dedicated to an output deceleration mechanism.SOLUTION: A continuously variable transmission 1 comprises: a crank mechanism 20 converting a rotational motion of a rotary disc 6 to an oscillation motion of an oscillation link 18; a first one-way clutch 17; a rotation radius adjustment mechanism 4; and an output deceleration mechanism 100. The output deceleration mechanism 100 includes a first pulley 101 provided on an input shaft 2; a second pulley 102 provided on an output shaft 3; a band body 103 that can transmit power between the first pulley 101 and the second pulley 102; and a differential mechanism that includes three or first to third rotation elements. In the differential mechanism, a pinion 70 is coupled to the first rotation element, the second shaft 2 is coupled to a second rotation element, an abutment portion is provided on a third rotation element to abut on a cam surface provided on a side surface of the first pulley 101, and a width of the first pulley 101 is changed by the cam surface depending on a change in relative phases of the pinion 70 and the input shaft 2.
