PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission enabling reduction in the width per lever crank mechanism without reducing the width of a pinion and the width of a space for arranging a bearing in the rotating center axial direction of an input portion.SOLUTION: A rotating disk 6 of a continuously variable transmission 1 includes: an annular portion 6c concentric with a formed reception hole 6a; and an external fitting portion 6d that is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the annular portion 6c, to which one end of a connecting rod 15 is rotatably externally fitted and of which length in the direction of the rotating center axis P1 is shorter than that of the annular portion 6c. A cam disk 5 includes: a cam body 5c that has a notch hole 5b formed thereon and to which the annular portion 6c is rotatably externally fitted; a pair of extension portions 5d in the outer peripheral side radial direction that is extended from both sides of a peripheral edge of the outer peripheral surface of the cam body 5c toward the radial outer side of the cam body 5c beyond the outer peripheral surface of the annular portion 6c; and a pair of extension portions 5e in the outer peripheral side axial direction that is extended from tips of the extension portions 5d in the outer peripheral side radial direction toward the side of the external fitting portion 6d to positions opposing to the outer peripheral surface of the annular portion 6c. A bearing mechanism 21 is disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the annular portion 6c and the extension portions 5e in the outer peripheral side axial direction.
