Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission which can prevent the transmission of an unintended drive force to an output shaft caused by a control error and a part processing tolerance.SOLUTION: A continuously variable transmission comprises a lever crank mechanism. The lever crank mechanism comprises a rotation radius adjusting mechanism which can freely adjust a rotation radius, a connecting rod 15, and an oscillation link 18. The connecting rod 15 comprises a small-diameter annular part 15b. A connecting pin 19 connected with the oscillation link 18 is made to penetrate the small-diameter annular part 15b. A buffer part 100 which absorbs a drive force not larger than a prescribed value is arranged between the small-diameter annular part 15b and the connecting pin 19.
