Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission mechanism capable of reducing the outer diameter of each eccentric disc to reduce the size of the whole mechanism by securing the thickness of the eccentric disc in its through hole-outer edge area.SOLUTION: A continuously variable transmission mechanism includes transmission ratio varying mechanisms using an actuator for changing a transmission ratio when rotating power input to an input shaft is transmitted as rotating power via eccentric discs and connection members to an output member of a one-way clutch, and for setting the transmission ratio to be infinite with an eccentricity made zero-settable. When the eccentricity is zero, all of center axes 106k of first crank pins 106c-106h and center axes 107k of second crank pins 107c-107h are situated at positions not being on a line LO between a center axis 106b of a first crank member 106 and a center axis 107b of a second crank member 107, in view from an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
