PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container and a locking structure of a lid capable of easily and stably putting a lid in a locking state or an unlocking state by reducing a rotation amount of the lid.SOLUTION: A container and a locking structure 10 of a lid comprise a plurality of ribs 26 formed at a predetermined pitch with a constant inclination angle to the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral side surface of a cylindrical port part and projecting to the outside in the radial direction, a plurality of lead screws 36 formed at an equal pitch in the circumferential direction with the same inclination angle as the ribs 26 on an inner peripheral side surface of an annular wall and projecting to the inside in the radial direction and a protrusion part 38 adjacently arranged in the circumferential direction to the lead screws 36 on an inner peripheral side surface of the annular wall and lower than the lead screws 36 in a projection height on the inside in the radial direction. When rotated to one side in the circumferential direction by putting the lid 30 on a cylindrical port part of the container 20, the ribs 26 are fitted in between the lead screws 36 and the protrusion part 38 by getting over the protrusion part 38, so that the lid 30 is locked on the container 20 in a sealed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
