To provide a container holding system for stably holding a container in a luggage compartment of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A container holding system includes a beam member 20 attached so as to extend in a vehicle width direction of a luggage compartment 1, and a container holding device 30 attached to the beam member 20, the container holding device 30 including: a mounting portion attached to the beam member 20, a pressing member 60 mounted so as to be movable in a front-rear direction of a vehicle with respect to the mounting portion, and an adjustment mechanism that can adjust a position of the pressing member 60 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle with respect to the mounting portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
