Abstract:
To provide a construction machine capable of suppressing malfunction of an attachment.SOLUTION: A construction machine includes a hydraulic pilot valve 40 for making a spool 44 disposed in a valve case 42 stroke according to an operation amount from the outside and changing a pilot pressure according to a position in a stroke direction of the spool 44, a piston 51 disposed in the valve case 42 and disposed in opposition to the spool 44 at one end side in the stroke direction, moving means for moving the piston 51 in the stroke direction, and an attachment operated on the basis of the pilot pressure. The spool 44 is provided with a return passage 44b for returning an oil located in a space S between the spool 44 and the piston 51 to a tank, the moving means can move the piston 51 to a fitting position to which an end portion of the spool 44 moved to one end side in the stroke direction is fitted, the piston 51 is provided with a throttle, and the oil located in the space S flows into a return passage 44b through the throttle in fitting the piston 51 and the spool 44 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
