Abstract:
To provide a conical roller bearing capable of being easily assembled and disassembled.SOLUTION: A conical roller bearing 1 has: an inner ring 2 having a conical trapezoid-shaped inner ring raceway surface 21 and a small flange portion 23; an outer ring; a plurality of conical rollers; and a retainer 5 for rollably retaining the plurality of conical rollers 4. The retainer 5 has a first annular portion 51 and a second annular portion 52, and a plurality of pins 53 for connecting the first annular portion 51 and the second annular portion 52. The conical rollers 4 are provided with pin holes 4a through which the pins 53 are inserted. The retainer 5 retains the conical rollers 4 movably outward in a radial direction R by a height to allow the conical rollers 4 to ride over the small flange portion 23 from the inner ring raceway surface 21 in a state that the outer ring 3 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
