Abstract:
To provide a conductive material capable of achieving high conductivity, long-term stability in atmospheric environment, high temperature stability (heat resistance) and high humidity stability, a conductive film using the same, and a solar cell.SOLUTION: A conductive material 6 including the mixture of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and polystyrene sulfonate (PSS acid) can thinly adsorb PSS on the surfaces of the CNTs while utilizing a structurally stable CNT network structure and the characteristics of chemically stable PSS. The PSS is not a compound such as salt or ester but is acid, the element ratio (S/C ratio) of sulfur (S) to carbon (C) in the mixture can be 0.001 or more and 0.1 or less by atomic ratio, and the total content of the CNTs and the PSS acid in the mixture can be 10wt% or more. A conductive film 7 formed of the conductive material 6 can have a CNT area load capacity of 1 mg/m2 or more and 10000 mg/m2 or less. A solar cell can include the conductive film 7 on the surface of a semiconductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
