Abstract:
To solve the problem of difficulty of formation of an oil film between a bearing member and a crankshaft caused by the deformation of a bearing face, since thermal distortion occurs in the bearing member disposed to a compression mechanism part of a compressor for refrigerating air conditioner by welding fixation of a housing part fixing the bearing member with a container.
Depressions for deformation amounts caused by welding are formed in advance to an inner surface of a bearing housing. Since the thermal distortion is absorbed even after the welding fixation and an equal clearance between the bearing member and the crankshaft is maintained, stable formation of the oil film is facilitated.
