PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure of a composite plate which allows excellently joining the composite plate to another member.SOLUTION: A junction structure includes a roof panel main body part 12 in which a resin core material 16 is sandwiched between a pair of metal plate materials 14, and a metal plate junction part 18 which continues from the roof panel main body part 12 and in which the pair of metal plate materials 14 are joined without interposing the core material 16. The metal plate junction part 18 is joined with another member as well as the metal plate materials 14 are joined with the another member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
