Abstract:
To provide a composite member capable of suppressing peeling of an adhesive member from a ceramic member or a base member and warpage of the ceramic member when being used under a high temperature.SOLUTION: A composite member has a ceramic member, a base member and an adhesive member arranged between the ceramic member and the base member and jointing the ceramic member and the base member.
