Abstract:
To provide a composite ceramic material and a conjugate capable of improving heat conductivity or bending strength.SOLUTION: A composite ceramic material includes silicon nitride particles and silicon carbide particles, wherein the silicon nitride particle includes 80% or over of β type silicon nitride, and a mean particle diameter of the silicon nitride particle is 0.1 μm or over and 10 μm or under in a cross section of the composite ceramic material. In the cross section, the silicon nitride particle having a particle diameter of 3-fold or over of the mean particle diameter has an area ratio of 35% or under to all the silicon nitride particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
