Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method excellent in discrimination and stable in an image after processed.
SOLUTION: After a heat-developing color photosensitive material having a photosensitive silver halide, binder, coupler, reducing agent and basic metal compd. which is insoluble with water on a supporting body is exposed to light for an image, or at the same time of exposure, a complexing agent sheet containing a complex forming compd. corresponding to the metal ion which constitutes the basic metal compd. is laminated with a small amt. of water on the supporting body. Then the photosensitive material is developed by heat to obtain a dye image on the photosensitive material. In this method, the amt. of silver chloride in the photosensitive silver halide particles is ≥80 mold. The complexing agent sheet contains physical developing nuclei and a solvent for silver halide. The reducing agent is at least one compd. selected from specified phenols, hydrazine and hydrazon.
