Abstract:
To achieve improvement of a paint on the yellowing of a coating film caused by heat and to form the coating film excellent in physical properties, by forming method of an uncured coating film on a substrate and subsequently baking and curing the same.
In the coating film forming method for forming the uncured coating film on the base material and subsequently baking and curing the same, the uncured coating film contains a hydroxyl group-containing resin and a curing agent as coating film forming components and is formed by a paint further containing 0.01-2.0 wt.% of a phosphonite compound with respect to the solids of the coating film forming components.
