Abstract:
To eliminate some defects that a motor cannot be stopped instantly when a torque more than a predetermined value is generated, the motor or a core bit is worn out or damaged and a user gets hurt.SOLUTION: A clutch mechanism 40 comprises: a gear 42 connected to an input shaft 32a and to which a driving force of a motor is inputted and transmitted; and a clutch case 44 arranged on a transmission shaft 32b that is coaxial with the gear to output the driving force. The gear 42 and the clutch case 44 are overlapped to each other, a surface of the clutch case opposing against the gear is formed with multiple storing holes 44b, and a twisting spring 46 and steel balls 48 are stored in each of the storing holes under application of bias force of the twisting spring. When a torque less than a predetermined value is generated, the steel balls 48 are contacted to a surface of the gear 42 by the bias force of the twisting spring, the gear and the clutch case are integrated to each other by frictional force to transmit the driving force. When a torque more than a predetermined value is generated, the gear 42 is idly rotated with respect to the clutch case 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
