Abstract:
To provide a clutch-disc wear indicator device which is made up of a small number of part items and excellent in assembly.
A wear indicator 3 secured to one end of a return spring 1 is freely slidably fitted into a slit 6 in a vibrationproof cover 2 secured to the other end of the return spring 1, so that the extent of the wear of a clutch disc is measured from the relative displacement of the vibrationproof cover 2 and the wear indicator 3 and displayed as the displacement, relative to a scale 5 provided on the wear indicator 3, of a marking 4 provided on the vibrationproof cover 2.
