The clip 10 provides an elastic piece 13 to be inserted between opposing surfaces of a groove wall surface 21a of a fitting groove 21 and a side face of a fitting section 33 when mounting a shaft-shaped member 20 with the fitting groove 21 on a bracket 30 having the fitting section 33 to be inserted into the fitting groove 21. A clip body 11 is rotatably arranged on the bracket 30 via a connecting means. The elastic piece 13 is inserted between opposing surfaces between a groove wall surface 21a of the fitting groove 21 and a side face of the fitting section 33 by means of turning of the clip body 11. A return-locking means for limiting turning of the clip body 11 in an anti-inserting direction of the elastic piece 13 is also provided. The connecting means is provided with a connecting hole 17 formed on the clip body 11, and a connecting projection 34 formed on the bracket 30.
