PURPOSE: To provide a clip mounting seat capable of ensuring metal mold strength even if the dimension in the embossed part of the clip mounting seat is limited in the clip mounting seat embossed to be formed integrally with an interior trim panel by injection molding or mold press molding.

CONSTITUTION: While a clip mounting seat 20 is formed on the back surface of a resin panel 10 integrally with the fixed side mold 40, movable side mold 41 and slide core 42, a clip locking hole 23 of the clip mounting seat 20 is formed in the U-shaped form. Thus, the thickness of the slide core 42 is sufficiently ensured, and a seating plate 22 in the clip mounting seat 20 is formed with locating recesses 24 or locating holes and the resin clip 30 side is formed with fitting projections 35 fitting in the locating recesses 24 or locating holes.
