Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize a washing system capable of washing a large quantity of washing objects in a short time.SOLUTION: A single tank washing device 20 having one tank 21 also serving as a washing tank and a dry tank, a front door 39, a rear face door 43, a washing-rinsing mechanism 22, a dry mechanism 52 and a control part 62 for controlling the washing-rinsing mechanism 22 and the dry mechanism 32 so as to execute at least a preliminary washing process, a washing process, a rinsing process and a dry process, is provided by arranging a plurality of units in the longitudinal direction by mutually opening a predetermined interval, and a carrying device 32 is provided between respective single tank washing devices 20, and whether or not to execute any process among the respective processes is distributively set in the respective control parts 62 provided by the respective single tank washing devices 20, and the respective control parts 62 are communicably provided between the other control part and itself, and the respective single tank washing devices 20 execute a distributed process, and when finishing execution of the process, a washing object of finishing the execution of the process, is carried to the single tank washing device 20 positioned on the rear side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
