Abstract:
To suppress the effect of conductive powder generated by the relative movement between a circuit board and a fastener.SOLUTION: In a state that a shaft portion 122 of a conductive fastener (fastener 106) is inserted into a through-hole and fastened to a component to be fastened, a first conductive portion (protruding portion 142A) provided to the head 124 electrically connects to a first wiring portion (land 136A) of the circuit board. Between the head 124 and the first wiring part, an insulating surrounding member (annular rubber 144A) surrounds the first conductive portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
