Abstract:
To provide a check valve with capture means which can be easily maintained and further, surely brought into a full closed state in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A valve 1 comprises a strainer function, a check valve function, a strainer cleaning function and a passage full close function. At normal time, a foreign substance is captured in a case where fluid permeates a screen 2. In a case where a counter flow is generated in the fluid by a back pressure, the fluid enters a valve body top face 22a of a valve body 22 fixed to the screen 2, pushes down the valve body 22, and the screen 2 is moved down. Thus, the valve body 22 is abutted to a valve seat 3, closes a passage and is functioned as a check valve. When cleaning the screen 2, the foreign substance is removed by rotationally operating a handle 40 and causing a brush 6 to enter a mesh body 21. In the case of full closing, a full closed state is obtained by rotationally operating the handle 40 to a limit position and covering an opening on a bottom of the valve seat 3 with a full closing tool 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
