To provide a change-over valve, which can highly reliably switch flow passages without malfunctions and can be maintained in a power saving state after switching, a fluid compressor, and a heat pump type refrigerating cycle.
A change-over valve K is composed of a base body 5 to which a plurality of pipes 6, 8, and 10 are connected, a slider 17 provided with a gas passage which switches two pipes in such a manner as to allow them to communicate with each other and a balance port which communicates the gas passage with the outside, a pilot valve 32 which opens and closes the balance port, a driving sleeve 20 which is provided with a threaded section on its peripheral surface and rotates in the positive or reverse directions by an external driving force, a driven sleeve 22 which is screwed on the threaded section, integrally rotates with the driving sleeve 20, and urges the slider 7 to rotate in a prescribed direction and the pilot valve 32 to move in the direction, in which the valve 32 approaches to and separates from the balance port of the slider 17, and a valve drive 25.
