Abstract:
To provide a ceramic structure that can hardly be broken because the formation of a crack is reduced, even when it is used in an environment in which it is exposed in a plasma space over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A ceramic structure according to the present disclosure includes: a plate-like part that assumes a disc shape or a rectangular plate shape; a columnar part that is positioned on the side of one principal plane of a plate-like part; and an inclined part that is positioned between the plate-like part and the columnar part. At least a part of an outside surface of the inclined part has a structure that is inclined in a direction of an outer peripheral part of the plate-like member, from the side of the columnar part to the side of the plate-like part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
