To provide a device having a suction cup for use in floating a vinyl bag and the like in hot water in a bath tub.

A vinyl bag filled with air and the like is closed by a column-like vacant case 1 having no bottom and a cap 3 having a suction cup 4. The suction cup 4 is attached to the bottom of a bath tub so as to stop the vinyl bag filled with air in hot water in a bath tub. Due to this arrangement, it is possible to save useless hot water. The case passed through the vinyl bag or the like is fastened with the cap to cause the vinyl bag and the like to be easily pressed with the cap, resulting in that the vinyl bag and the like is hardly taken out of the case.
