Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve higher reliability by keeping the temperature of a catalytic reaction area within a range of use maintaining reliability on a gas seal surface to increase an thermal force adjusting range along with a longer life of a catalytic body.
CONSTITUTION: A combustion cylinder 7 supporting catalytic bodies 1a, 1b and 1c is arranged to be a double structure comprising an inner cylinder 3 and an outer cylinder 5 to form an air path 15 therebetween. A fuel steam is supplied to a catalyst 1c at the lowest stage through a fuel injection nozzle 11 and air for combustion is supplied to mixing chambers 19a, 19b, 19c and 19d through air supply holes 21a, 21b, 21c and 21d provided in the inner cylinder 3 via the air path 15.
